Delivery

Delivery of the goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the order form. It is important that this address is accurate. We aim to dispatch all goods within one working day (excluding Bank Holidays). If we fail to deliver the goods (or any part of) for any reason other than any cause beyond our reasonable control or your fault, and we are accordingly liable to you, our liability shall be limited to the price of the goods.

Returns

If an item is received which is deemed damaged, defective or not as specified on your order confirmation, please contact us at cpap@sheppartonsleepcentre.com.au within 7 days of receipt, telling us why you’re returning it and whether you’d like an exchange or refund.

If you require an exchange, availability allowing, we will dispatch the replacement goods within 24 hours. If you require a refund, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods plus the original postage cost within 7 days. The goods should be returned to:

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be in pristine condition and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or delivery note. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.

Once we have inspected the goods and are satisfied that they are in original condition, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods within 7 days.
