Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as specified in your order confirmation, please contact us at cpap@sheppartonsleepcentre.com.au within 7 days of receipt. In your email, include the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement goods within 24 hours, subject to availability.
- Refunds: If you request a refund, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods plus the original postage cost within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns for Other Reasons
If you wish to return your order for any other reason, please return the goods within 7 days of receipt. The items must be in pristine condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or delivery note. We recommend using Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Once we have inspected the goods and confirmed they are in original condition, we will credit the payment card or account with the value of the goods within 7 days.
